More Control Over How Training Due Dates Work

Managing compliance training timelines just got more precise. Activated Insights Training, powered by CareAcademy, now gives administrators direct control over when annual training enrolls and how org-wide due date changes are applied — so your training cycles map to your organization’s compliance calendar, not the other way around.

What’s New

  • Choose when annual training enrolls. Configure annual training to enroll the year after initial training is assigned, so new team members are never assigned both in the same 12-month period.
  • Protect manual due date overrides. When you update global due date settings, you’ll now be prompted to choose: apply changes to everyone, or apply them only to team members who don’t already have a custom due date. Dates you’ve set manually stay where you put them.
