How do I waive a class for someone who already completed it at another agency?

Go to the learner’s profile, open the Training tab, and find the class in their assigned curriculum. Select the three-dot menu next to it and choose “Waive.” You’ll be prompted to add a reason — that note gets saved to their record.

  • Iris is your admin-side support agent, live across all admin pages including Team, Deactivated Members, Catalog, Insights, Messages, Organization Management, and the Multi-location Dashboard. 
  • Alice supports learners and shared pages, including the Video Library, Registration/Change Password, and Password Set pages.
