Curriculum Discoverability is now live in 22 states. The training was always there. Now admins can find it, understand it, and assign it — without hunting through documentation or submitting a request.
Over the last month we’ve expanded curriculum discoverability in the Activated Insights Training, powered by CareAcademy, platform accross Minnesota, Virgina, Oregon, South Carolina — giving admins the ability to independently find, understand, and assign compliant training curricula directly within the product, without needing to reach out for help.
What’s New
With Curriculum Discoverability, that guidance lives directly inside the Training Catalog. Open the Compliance Bundles tab, filter by role, care setting, or payer source, and see exactly which courses meet your state’s requirements — including the regulations behind them, crosswalk PDFs, and a clear view of what’s in your plan and what isn’t.
Why It Matters
The training existed. The answer to “which curriculum do I assign?” didn’t. That’s what this fixes. Admins have historically had to piece together which training curricula met compliance requirements for their workforce — a time-consuming process that slowed onboarding and created uncertainty. Curriculum Discoverability puts that guidance directly in Training, so admins can confidently select the right curricula, reduce time-to-compliance, and keep pace as their teams grow or take on new roles and payer sources.

What’s in the Catalog
For supported states, admins will see a Compliance Bundles experience within the Training Catalog, including:
- A Compliance Bundles tab organizing state-aligned training curricula
- Filters for Role, Care Setting, and Payer Source
- Detailed bundle pages showing applicable regulations, crosswalk PDF links, included initial and annual training courses, and visibility into included vs. out-of-plan bundles
Availability
Curriculum Discoverability is included in all Training plans at no additional cost and is automatically available in states where compliance bundles are supported.
