Managing employee engagement surveys just got easier. Retain now gives administrators the ability to adjust survey timelines and reset individual survey responses directly within their dashboard, so your engagement data stays accurate and your surveys stay on track.
What’s New
- Adjust survey end dates. Administrators can now edit the end date of an active engagement survey within Survey Settings. Extend the timeline to capture more responses or end data collection early when needed.
- Reset individual survey responses. Administrators can now remove a previously submitted survey response, allowing an employee to retake their survey. This option is available for calendar-based surveys, including engagement and pulse surveys.
Why It Matters
Engagement surveys rarely go exactly as planned. These updates give administrators the flexibility to respond to real-world circumstances, correct submission errors, and collect more complete data, without having to start from scratch.
